The manufacturing facility at Power Engineers is designed to optimize production efficiency and ensure high-quality output. Layout and Design : Our manufacturing floor of 25000 Sq. Ft. is strategically laid out to facilitate smooth workflows and minimize bottlenecks. The design incorporates dedicated zones for various stages of production, including:
Receiving Area
A designated space for the arrival of raw materials, equipped with unloading docks, EOT crane of 10MT and inspection stations.
Production Lines
Multiple dedicated assembly lines are tailored for different processes allowing for flexible manufacturing with EOT crane ranging from 5MT, 15MT & 25MT along with other lift & shift arrangements to increase efficiency and reduce manual handling.
Quality Control Zonen
A specialized area for quality testing and inspection, ensuring that raw material meet our high standards before reaching production line.
Oven Drying Section
Semi automatic conventional electric ovens for small & medium distribution transformers 2 no. Fully automatic vacuum oven for Power transformers up to 25 MVA 1 No.
Testing Bay & Lab
Well equipped testing lab comprising of variety of testing instruments with valid calibration to ensure that Transformer undergo all rigorous routine tests laid down in IS 2026 before dispatch.
STORE
A well organised store with efficient inventory management maximizes productivity while minimising the waste.
